Job description
1、Responsible for the follow-up of import and export orders between China and Hong Kong, normal follow-up and exception handling from loading to warehouse delivery;
2、Responsible for manifest production, seamless production in Hong Kong, etc;
3、Keep close contact with the dispatcher and driver, and feed back the order dynamics to customers in time;
4、Responsible for bill making and reconciliation with customers.
Job requirements
1、Familiar with computer operation, can skillfully use Excel;
2、Can speak Cantonese, can listen to Cantonese, can't speak very well;
3、Have the ability to deal with exceptions, good communication and adaptability;
4、Have a good customer service concept, be able to understand the needs of customers from the perspective of customers, and provide solutions to problems in a way that the other party is willing to accept, so as to improve the service quality;
5、With self-motivated and good learning ability, I can constantly summarize the practical experience of service work after my daily work and improve my professional quality and skills.
